What's the $50 evaluation fee?
A $50 evaluation lets us meet your dog and build a training plan. $25 books the appointment, $25 at arrival. The full $50 is deducted from any training package you book afterward — so it's not a sunk cost.
How do payment plans work?
Half down to start, the remaining balance in up to 3 payments. No credit check, no third-party financing. We work with families on terms that make sense — just ask when you call.
What's the difference between a service dog and an emotional support animal?
A service dog is trained to perform a specific task (guide, open doors, detect an episode, retrieve medication). An emotional support animal provides comfort but is not task-trained. We train both — call and we'll help you figure out which fits your situation.
Do you only work with guardian breeds?
No — all breeds welcome. Our deepest expertise is with German Shepherds, Malinois, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and other working/guardian lines, but we've trained everything from Goldendoodles to Chihuahuas with the same approach.
How long is the wait for board & train?
Depends on the season. Spring and pre-summer book up fastest. Call to check current availability — we'll be honest about timing.

What if I'm late to my appointment?
We hold appointments for 15 minutes grace. If you're going to be later, just call ahead — life happens. Past that we may need to reschedule.
